In the present scenario, after demonetisation the responsibility on Paytm has increased a lot. However, I dont think Paytm will be able to cope with the huge responsibility of online payment system.
They have poor customer service and you cant reach them in need. They keep on hanging up your call. Besides that, they also cant provide a relevant solution to your issue. For instance, I wanted to avail a promocode but was unable to do so because of certain error but they service employee was unable to understand the issue.
Once I was unable to obtain cashback for over 3 days but they couldnt help me.
The delivery time of products that you order also takes many days. I ordered a Woodland wallet 7 days ago and I have still not recieved it.
So, Paytm is not at all reliable and doesnt live up to the quality benchmark expected out of them.
