I have been a user of Paytm for more than a year now and I have had both good and bad experiences but mostly good, I use Paytm for Recharges, Bill payment, Shopping and as wallet to make payments on other sites such as Makemytrip, Irctc, BookMyShow and many others.
I am satisfied with the products sold on their sites except for the one’s with heavy cashback offers as they always have some defect in them, like the 70-80% cashback offer on furnishings was the one where I had to return all my purchases either because the seller sent a wrong product or. It was not of the mentioned quality and description or the 40% cashback on speakers in which a I received a slightly damaged speakers which was intentionally sold by seller as its outer packing was completely intact.
