I think Paytm is the best mobile wallet service available in India. If I compare Paytm to it’s other available counterparts, I think this is the best.
I am a Paytm customer since Jan 2016. Whenever I initiated any transaction through Paytm it returns hassle free transaction. Not a single time I got any type of error transaction till now.
In addition to Paytm provided me a number of offer from time to time. Offers like flat discount, payback, movie tickets, gift vouchers and what not. The App also very fast and error free. I experienced perfect error free transaction in 2G network also.
But one thing which I want to tell Paytm official that this App is not secured against any kind of cyber security threats. Anyone can easily steal my money if he possess my mobile. So if Paytm management can hear me I would request you to please work on this area.
Apart from this security feature this mobile wallet App is the best in my view. I also used Sunday market offer twice. It is also a great experience. The items available for purchase in the App is also reasonably priced.
Thanks you Paytm for giving us this wonderful App to ease our small amount financial transaction.
