Paytm should be only a mobile wallet not a shopping website.
’Customer service’ is terrible I never get satisfy solution over here most of the time ti cut my balance without getting success to book or purchase anything.
Executives are rude they never talk in a manner way it seems we are beggars to them.
’Product qualities’ are not so good even many of the products are from local brands and get dammage in few days. Once I ordered a watch on paytm and when I recieved it the box was unwrapped in what I get my order as well as I could only wear my watch for two days and it stopped working I could not replace it as they did not support me.
’Delivery time’ is worst it took more than half month to recieve my order.
’Paytm app’ is so poor that we can not book a single ticket in single time it takes hours to load even when we in good internet service.
’Paytm website’ is much better than paytm app.
Over all paytm is not’reliable’ to customers and does not value our money and time.
