We all know about paytm wallet, we are use this wallet for cashless transactions. Also the paytm.com has their own online shopping site which is known as paytm mall.
The Paytm mall is slightly different shopping site than others. Paytm provides number of offers on their each and every product if we are buy this product from their paytm mall app or website.
They provide different discounts on every product, but the condition is to pay all the amount instantly on paytm wallet then user get cashback on their paytm wallet.
The paytm mall site is very much fraud i’ll oreder an DSLR camera on paytm mall inspiring by their offer i’ll get 9000₹ cashback on 40000₹ camera but i’ll received an defective product. After very long period they will return my money.
Paytm mall customer care service is poor they are not responding with customer as other site.
If we are search on youtube paytm fraud then lots of cases we are found.
So i’ll request consumers please don’t look the offers or discounts they provided if you buy any product always go for legit site not on paytm mall.
