I once ordered an electric light from paytm amounting Rs 1200 the product came with some defaults, so I needed replacement or refund for the same.
I called them 2-3 times a day but my issue was not resolved for months.
further, the call rates charged to contact paytm CC could even kill you.
Online shopping with paytm was not a good experience for me.
