My experience is bad with #paytm, I have paid 2000 Rs Airtel broadband bill, but only 1600 recieved by Airtel. I am communicating on mail with Paytm from last 11 days, after 10 conversations with each other they are not able to resolve my query. Even from 3 days they are not replying on my mail. Irony is this that if you will call on their customer care number(0120-3062244), there is no any option to communicate with customer care executive. That’s the reason I am only dependent on mail.
It seems they have cheated me for 400 Rs, because I have paid him 2000 for Airtel payment and only 1600 was received by Airtel from Paytm. Now they are not replying on my mail.
