On 14th November 2015 a message flashed on my televsion screen that balance in my Tata Sky DTH 1119862181 was critically low. So I re-charged it by paying through Paytm for Rs. 1, 500/-. To my horror I discovered that my Tata Sky Account was not re-charged. A wrong account number had been flashed on my television screen. Immediately I asked Paytm to stop payment as I already had sufficient balance in my Tata Sky Account. But my requests fell on deaf ears and inspite of several telephone calls, messages etc., till date I have not received a credit reversal/refund from Paytm.
