Stay away from paytm. They try to pass on factory second goods and new ones.If you demand refund god help you. I ordered a google nexus tab. It turned out to be faulty with lots of issues with the camera. When I tried to return the product and kept asking me for its where abouts. Finally after following up for over a week, they refunded 80% of the price I had paid, and put the rest in their paytm wallet forcefully. They have an option on their site for me to withdraw the money. But it does not work! and even if it did, they say they will retain 4% of it. For what?
Their customer care is a joke. For every query they send a one line in a standard template saying with bland statements that "it can’t be refunded".
Awful company, awful sellers and awful customer care.
