I chose this site because there were offers going on power bank and that’s why I chose this site to book power bank.
I booked power bank, and they took 12days to deliver at my place plus they took delivery charge also which is not acceptable because if you are taking so many days then why they are taking charge.
The main problem is I got damaged product.The delivered item was damaged, dusty and looks very old.I didn’t know that Paytm had no pre-dispatch quality checks in place like other websites.
After cancellation of my product I didn’t received my money back even after 7 days(in their policy the money will be refunded within 7days).
I contacted the customer care but still they didn’t respond to my mail for a week at lease and then they gave me reply that we are initiating your money back now and after all this headache I got my money nearly one month later.
Looks like Paytm is dumping damaged items to their customers.
Really disappointed with Paytm’s lethargic approach and complete lack of customer focus.
I will not buy anything from paytm and use all my money from paytm as soon as possible and will permanently close the account.
Not recommended for anyone.
