Subject: Werst experince to travel with PAYTM.
This is werst experiance while traveling with PAYTM Bus service due to which I booked return ticket from other populer web Travel site. I want PAYTM to treat this matter seriously and action on this ASAP.Please find my cencerns below:
Fraud in ticket Rates. Rest all passengers in bus paid 200/Person. I charged with 350/Person.
I thought there will be good bus if showing in PAYTM because there is trust binded with it but on reality it’s werst bus I have ever travelled.Goods were lying around me and my family.There was no way because was totally trapped\cheated by PAYTM. I will be happy to share the pics when I was travellig, Let me Know if required.
There was no waiting area as discussed with transport I have to stay at road. Time was 11:20PM and bus reached at 01:30AM. Hope you can understand the pain I faced with family and my 1 year kid standing in open area and waited for two hours. While calling Conductor he was tellingeverytime that bus will reach in next 10-15Minuts. Werest Werst situtaion.
I booked front three seats after entering in bus they were occupied with other peoples, When I told to conductor he told me to sit at last bay three seats because he don’t have any other option. I am really fedup with such type of service and will never book ticket again until I will get satisfactory responce from PAYTM.
