I friend its shahid qureshi writing on paytm wallet customer sevice. Recently before 15 days I give a request to update my kyc for paytm payments bank through paytm app and as per schedule the paytm agent gas come to my house but a error was ocurring was merchant it blocked regarding the same I have compliant to paytm through its aap but no response has come for 3 days ihave try another ways to cantact like phone and twitter but they were proove to be useless has no response has come after waiting for 3 days I have been given a query refrence no. 46845096 but no solution has given for my problem and still I am waiting.
