Worst service

I recharge my paytm wallet with 540 rupees as I want to recharge metro card. I make payment and at the end I they informed that my payment is failed, this is not the end that amount of rupees 540 is duducted from my bank account and when I inform them about the whole issue that suggested me through email that I need to approach bank for the same. What does it means? Why do I need to approach bank if I am telling you that my money is deducated with proof of screenshot then what the reason is left to approach the bank. I made an additional email with screenshot of statement of bank and transaction failure screenshot and they emailed me that they will contact bank if transaction is done then thay will process my transaction. What does this means I made transaction on friday and paytm emailing me that they will contact bank and respond me back within 2 working days on saturday. This is the reason paytm use so called tagline of paytm karo? I think it should be replaced with paytm thago. If you were not concerned with customer and dont believe your customer even after proofs then I must say you will gonna to loose customers faith.
