The thing is when this Cashback app first started operating in India, lots of big talks were floated around. Currently, sorry to say, not one thing is happening smooth at your end. You may keep burying reviews with alarming number of IDs but PayTm, I am sorry, I am a very disgruntled customer. I have been using Cashback apps a lot and it is heart breaking to see how you guys messed up my last points track and when I am trying to reach out to your customer care centre, every time a new person picks up and I see myself explaining the same god damn thing over and over again, with absolutely no solution coming form any of them. Each one of them went on transferring blame from one department to another. At least be professional even if you service is going down the gutter. The newbies are doing so much better! Seriously, even something half not as successful like yours like a CrownIt App or Valyoued App is doing infinitely better in terms of delivering what they are committing. At least they are not everywhere, messing up every expectation of every customer. I am shifting my loyalty now. Been a long customer of yours but very disappointed.
