Paytm Wallet is Risky !!

This is going to be little long as I need to explain what happened with me. I dont know whether its their scam or a serious fault in functionality.

It was yesterday 01.12.2016 when I recharged by Paytm wallet with Rs.1000/-. After recharge my wallet had Rs.1345/- as updated amount.

I used two Uber rides and paid via Paytm Wallet. Rides amounted to Rs.261/-& Rs.266/-. So after rides there must be around Rs.818/- left in my wallet.

Yesterday evening I tried adding talk value to my number by Rs.250/- which got failed. I again tried Rs.260/- that also failed and then again tried Rs.260/- which got failed for the third time. I was trying payment from Fast Recharge option.

Later when I checked my Paytm Wallet it showed Rs.0.83/- only. No transaction was reflected in my Paytm Passbook. Except my Uber rides. Thereafter I posted a tweet about the issue but got no reply.

It is today morning when I received message that my number got recharged with around Rs.770/-.

Now my point is I didnt wanted to recharge it with such amount. As I am a frequent Uber User and wanted amount in my Paytm Wallet.

So guys be aware of such thing and keep less amount in your wallet.
