Worst Customer Service

Hello guys, Today I am going to share my personal worst experience about the Paytm Wallet.This the worst ever App.Last many months I faceing KYC issues with my profile which is on Paytm wallet app.I am trying to Complete KYC but My KYC not completed caused by its shows the notification that alredy link Adhar Card on your register mobile number and in past I applying same process for complete my KYC but its not completed. But I am shocked that I have never Register my Adhar Card on my paytm number.When I contacted to the customer care executive but call never connected to the customer care executives.One day just I was trying to contact to the customer care and suddenly call connected to the customer care executive.I told about my all problem related to the KYC but they have not any help and they have naot gives any details abouts my profile.When I asked them that whose Adhar card link on my number but they have not told about this.I was very angry and now I also angry on this customer service.New thing is that my wallet not updated and not show in my profile because my KYC not completed.This is provide worst customer service.I do not recommend this.Worst ever service.Its concept is good and features also but customer service is very poor.I will attached screenshot in which not show wallet and incomplete kyc process.
