The app is okay.Feels secure, at least by’Indian Standards’. No hardware level encryption.But the real issue lies with the service. Merchants are reluctant to use it owing to the difficulty to get the money transferred from the app wallet to their Bank accounts. That kills whole purpose if you ask me. Mend your ways PayTm, the competition is high. Also, your customer service is slow and pathetic, and that’s an understatement.Used to be reliable and snappy. too bad.
