I am using Paytm wallet for only 5 months. The application was good. I have ordered three products in paytm and I am satisfied with the products.
There are many cashback offers provided for my account so that it was easy for me buy that products in cheaper rate.
Also I booked movie tickets through paytm. Once I booked a two 100 rupees ticket I was supposed to pay 320 rupees in paytm due to its additional charges, but in other movie booking apps I can book it for 225 - 230 rupees including the internet handling charges. I consider this as one of the negatives.
Another thing I found hard in this app was tranferring money to bank accounts.
While I transfer money from wallet to bank amount it will charge 14 rs to transfer 100.So If I transfer 1000 rupees I have to pay 1140 including the charge.I dont know about the reason of charge but its too high.
Now they introduced paytm gold where we can save our money in gold.
And there are some games to win the gift cards or coupons.
Other than that I recommend you to use this wallet for purchasing things, recharging, paying some bills etc.
