On 3rd Feb I made a payment of Rs. 1000 to my friend which was deducted from my wallet but it wasn’t received by my friend. I waited for 48 hours but he didn’t got money. So I contacted customer care to solve this issue. The customer care operator told me that due to server error your money is not delivered to the other side and asked me to wait for 24 hours, so I did what he said. Even after waiting money didn’t got delivered. So I contacted customer care again, this time the operator told that money is delivered which was not correct though. Till now I didn’t got refund from them. Paytm is fraud don’t use it.
