Guys beware of Paytm. A very big scam by Paytm is going on. Paytm is doing malpractice of blocking the accounts and not unblocking it and not letting them withdraw their money. I have more than 1, 21, 000 in my account which I am not able to transfer to withdraw due to account status blocked. My account is blocked from 22nd September to till date which is 29th November 2021. I have done everything as per their Compliances.. Called customer care hundreds of times... Wrote mails.. Visited paytm head office in Noida Sector 5 where they asked to go to sector 3 noida office.. I did that too.. There I complained but never get any complaint receipt. They don’t have system in place to provide a customer receipt of complaint. Now I am absolutely clueless what to do in this regard. I have personally researched on this scam.. Many people are suffering because of paytm services. Crores of people have very little amount in little denominations which is lying in their paytm wallet and paytm payment bank. Paytm is earning crores of rupees on those undisclosed money lying in those accounts which should have been returned to those customers. I may not file a PIL or legal complaint against paytm. Buy surely I am gonna file this complaint all over the internet. Coz I am sure that someone like me would definetly gonna take action against this rogue company.
