Hey guys I am Ashish and I am going to give review on paytmmall.com. paytmmall.com is initially launched by paytm on 2017. It is used for shopping different different product like clothes, shoes, watches etc. I ordered a product of jockey from it for ₹849. I paid it in advance and it shows me that the product will deliver to me within 6 days . But it takes 8 days to deliver the product to me. I was very disappointed with that. So I called the paytm helpline to resolve this problem. But for two days I get no response from the customer care. You can imagine that how they looking and resolving the problems of the customers. Although the product quality was good but the resolving problem of a customer is very bad. App of this is faster than the website. If there is any fault on your product then you’ll get frustrated by its helpline. If you can handle this problem then you can ordered it.Thank you
