Paytmmall.com is a newly launched website and app for online shopping by a very famous company paytm. The quality of the product offered here are sometime good and sometime very bad. This is not a good thing, improvement is needed here. Sometime I put the product in cart and whenever I goes to order it , it suddenly goes out of stock. Hence I did not like the customer service. Although they deliver the product in given time but the time which they give is very long , hence time should be reduced. Apps and websites works properly there is no issue with that. Products are sometimes reliable and sometimes not.
