Hi everyone, today I am sharing my personal experience with paytm mall app, which is really worse.
I had ordered for a baby cradle through paytm mall app, surpricingly I got a call from the supplier directly and told me that the colour and design what I had ordered is not available and he told me that if I am ok he will send a different product of much better quality with the same price, then I denied him and cancelled the order.
After couple of days the supplier called me back and asking me why did I cancelled the product and I just conveyed him that I didn’t want to take any product other than what I selected but he stated nonsence talks like he could have given me a better product bla bla.
That was my first bad experience.
After that I booked one more baby cradle which got delivered to nearest post office after 10 days of my booking and they asked me to collect.as I was badly in need of it I went and collected that and later when I opened it and tried to assemble I found that it was already broken near the hooking point.
I was really frustrated and booked to return the same.the return pickup didn’t happen even after 12 days and I called to Customer care several times and they asked me to send it through courier to the supplier. I was literally irritated and sent several mails on this regard to Customer care but even then there was no proper response.
Finally I asked my friend who is a lawyer and he suggested me to file a case and I wrote a mail and after that the cc team responded positively and they returned my money after 40 days.
I am really surprised by this kind of behaviour from paytm.and they have so many fraud sellers. And the worst part is customers are getting suffered by this which is not at all acceptable.
They don’t even have ethichs and really cheating the customers.
