Hi guys ! Here I want to share my personal experience and review about paytm mall.
Recently I bought a Samsung on7 from paytmmall for my brother. But I got a damaged product, I don’t know whether it is damaged during the shipping or the seller sends me the damaged product.
As I got the delivery from them I immediately contacted to their customer care service. But they said me that they can not do anything about that because of that seller conditions.
They fools people, they sell damaged products and takea the money.
Very bad experience. I hope they will provide best service in future.
