Paytm mall is big online shopping mall but it is not useful online shopping app. The delivery time is also late.There is no return option they have no way to return any items that we bought in Paytm Mall . The quality of the product does not match with its price. There was no option in the app to return and for that again I have to pay for the return. If we buy like Maggi noodles, any food items means they are sending expired items . The quality of the profuct is not good. The quantity is also less. It is waste of time and money to order. Its waste of tension. Better we go straight and buy. The site is only show good advertisment for it but the real fact is its a worst site. It is a fake app. I am totally disappointed.
