I ordered a pair of shoes from paytmall app. The shoes are blue in color and its brand is Nike and costs me 850 Rs. I placed order on 3 November 2017 my order ID is PY78XTBZ. It is delivered to me on 16 November 2017. The condition of box is very bad, when I opened the box I see the condition of shoes are very bad and they are not of Nike brand actually they are labeled only Nike, but in real the shoes were of any another cheap and local company who has printed logo of Nike. For this I complaint them customer care service but they does not give me any useful to me. Thank you.
