I have a very bad experience with Paytm mall.once I ordered a powerbank from it.at first it didn’t came in time.after that the product I got it got scratches on it.when I turned it on.its don’t because there are no charge in it.i charged it for about 2 hours.then I use it to charge my phone.after 40% of charge it stopped.& reverse the charge from my phone.when I noticed that my mobile was switched off.i complained it to customer service.they take no action.then I return it through the app.overall a bad experience
