I was a customer of Flipkart since a very old time, but when I saw the products and the discounts in Paytm mall I felt this one is really amazing, I need to try this once. Since paytm is a trusted and best service provider, I thought paytm mall is also the same. But When I ordered a sweater from it. The product I saw in the mobile and ordered and the product I received are completely different. The images looked completely unique from the product. I was really disappointed.
Later I thought maybe it has happened by mistake and ordered a pair of shoe after a few days. Even with the shoe it's the same case. How can someone get disappointed more than once with the same service. Then I returned the item but the refund took weeks. This is the worst service I have ever seen. ??
