Paytm mall is one of the biggest fraud company in India. There have so many different type products are available in it. So I’m definitely decided to go to the paytm mall. And I bought a new mobile phone. The OPPO neo 7 was the product. The delivery day has come. But my product has not come. So I’m really fed up with it. And I contact with the coustmer care .The technical assistance said, the problem will definitely solve.iam always trusted with his words. So that after 14 days, the product has come. The coustmer expirence is not better than others. Because the connecting time on coustmer service executive was hard. The product quality was good .The loading time on website and mobile application is hard. The paytm mall is not reliable in my experience.
