I had purchased regarding Order 3679373040 & 3684757906 of Nataraj VD Picture Writing Pencils(Pack of 100)(6 packets) from aishwaryasingh23tm.com on 16th & 17th August 2017 respectively for Rs.642 each(total 1284 rs) and received it after 6 days on 23rd and 24th August 2017. On opening the packaging, I found that few items were missing in the packets and the MRP also tempered. On the basis of that, I requested aishwaryasingh23tm to return the product on 29th August 2017 and refund me. They approved the return request and picked up the item on 30th August 2017 and reached the destination on 5th September. They told me that refund had been initiated on 30th August for both items and it may be Cred824ited to my bank within 7-8 days but till date, no amount has been received in my bank account.
At present on the aishwaryasingh23tm portal shows that amount has been refunded on 16th and 17th August 2017 in my bank, but how it is possible? I requested for return item on 29th August and aishwaryasingh23tm refunded my money before the order date i.e. 15th and 16th August 2017.
I already have done several mails to customer care but still, they did not give me the exact solution. They still keep on hanging on the same answer that they refunded money in my account with reference number ARN/RRN No.74678447244000001176036, 74678447244000001176051, 74678447244000001176044, but neither the amount came on my account nor the reference number was tracked by SBI bank. I also contacted to SBI based on those reference number but they told me that they cannot track any other portal reference number. After that, I was mailed to aishwaryasingh23tm but they don`t want to accept this answer. They want the answer in writing by SBI. Who can do it? The bank never wrITES_Company anything that is not belonging to them. I asked to aishwaryasingh23tm if they have the reference number then you should track and intimate me, but they never do anything and send me repeated mail again and again. As a customer, I fail to understand where was I at fault?
