I am just sharing my recent shopping experience with Paytm mall app. I recently ordered the Kingston 64GB micro sd card from the Paytm mall app with seller named ’Ganapati traders’. First of all it took more than 2 weeks to deliver the product. When I opened the box it was Samsung memory card and that too DUPLICATE & FAULTY.
It wasn’t working in any phone and not even in computer. Hopefully due to good return policy was able to return the product.
But there needs an OPTION TO REVIEW the product and seller on Paytm which is not there currently.
So lots of things to improve by PayTm Mall.
