They support thieves by no-return policy and stop

Case 1. I got call from fraud who claimed was manager of paytm mall kolkata and I had won 12 lakh worth tata car in luckydraw after ordering items from paytmmall(yes they stole my details) and will get it in cash if I paid 3.5k. I collected all evidence of adhaar and bank details of fraudster. however on submitting ticket the cybercell department of paytm sent me copy-pasted educational messages instead of acting against the fraudster who as I said ran away after 1 week of reporting the issue as the slow cyber cell was busy copy-pasting sending educational messages.

Case 2. Whenever I open support ticket in paytm app, the support staff make excuse and their fulfill their target of closing maximum support ticket whether customer problem is solved or not. their goal is to close as many tickets as possible. They don’t care even if you rate them badly at the end of it. no one will call you back to inquire what went wrong.

Case 3. I order many products in 1 go around 12 and above many times. out of it 1 powerbank was faulty so I asked for replacement( not refund.). and 1 belt was wrong description of being for men . I was delivered kids belt

they put internal block on my account and disallow return on belt despite the seller is fraud and had many negative reviews.

instead of taking action against the seller, they have been allowing fraud sellers with no-return policy please see this "no-return" policy and buy from no-questions-asked returns sites like flipkart and amazon. instead. paytm mall will support fraud sellers and ditch buyers as they are run like fly by night call center like business even today. no responsible person you can find in paytm
