Customer service of Paytm mall is very wrost because they wait a customer very long time to connect with them.even after they can not solve problems fully.they need it improve in customer service.
product quality is not that good as other website gives and they sell very cheap product in very high amount.
Delivery timeliness is very bad they can’t even delivers product on their given time and then can not contact to customer properly when they come to delivery orders.
app & website is not that good because it take to much time to load a website and app is also not working in good way.
they are not reliable because they can not full fill customer needs in good way.
