I have ordered the pillsbury multigrain Atta 5 kg pack of 2 vide but they had shipped only 1 pack of 5kg atta instead of 2 packs.
I have submitted several complaints to them via their portal but they did not respond and neither their customer care number.
I tried calling customer care so many times but they didn’t even pick the call at day time and the night time too.
It is evident from the box itself that only one packed is shipped instead of 2 packs. Its nothing but the intentional act of cheating.
The similar case was happened with me earlier too, where the shipment I got was fully damaged. Despite of the complaint they haven’t resolved the issue.This Paytm Mall has very poor service and they don’t even ship that reliable products besides that they ship only damage products or wrong products.
They also fool public by giving some handsome cashback!
