Hey what’s up guys, its athar here and today I am gonna share my horrible experience with paytm mall.
The paytm mall is basically nothing but a branch of fraudulent, cheaters and money looters. I am saying this all because of my horrible experience with them.
I ordered a headphone from paytm mall worth rs 1480( Philips wireless)
And the expected delivery date was after a week.
I was waiting for a week but the product wasn’t delivered, I remained patient and waited more. Two weeks spent, but the product wasn’t delivered, I call their customer service and they replied that the product is on its way.
So, finally when I got the product, the packaging of the product was hampered and wrecked, and when I opened it the headphone was damaged.
Unfortunately there is no return option available because they are selling the fake products with fake sellers.
There is totally no option of return on their website and app.
This was my horrible experience with paytm mall.
