Paytmmall.com is a shopping mall, but in reality it’s totally worst.
It’s provide a lot of products but it’s quality is totaly worst.
I ordered a back cover of Redmi 3s prime with temperature glass. cover looks so nice, so I orderd it. It’s tooks 9 days to place the order. But when I recived it, I was shocked. It’s made of plastic with bad quality. Totally Weaste of money.
Then I complain about it but they doesn’t want to receive it, they said it’s seller policy you can’t return or refund.
And last time my friend orders a shoe on price 499 in blue colour but received a wrong product, it was red colour.
So I will say it’s services is so poor. It’s take to much time to deliver. Deliver low quality products, sometimes wrong products also.
Customer care service is not in use. They only cheated us. I am so angry with them.
