Paytm Mall is one of the least customer sensitive company that does not care to see if the product delivered is as per the description or not recently I bought a scan disc pen drive which upon operations came out to be defective it was not able to get loaded on the system however upon complaint the behaviour from the Paytm was very unprofessional and unexpected let me define it on some other parameters
Customer service : worst customer service they always play blame game rather than solving the issue professionally.
Product Quality : the product quality was worst I received the defective product as pen drive and was not at all working or loading into the computer.
The app and the website however has a good feel but the product description is wrongly mentioned and I believe that they should always have a check on what they are delivering before they start the delivery process
Delivery timelines : the delivery was done on time however since the product itself was defective it doesn’t matters a lot.
Reliability : there is no reliability of the product and even if a defective product is received there is no guarantee that the customer service will take care of it I would highly not recommend anyone to go for this rather prefer other professionally competent websites.
