Worst service. Irritating response

I have ordered for Lenovo laptop on 4th June 2019. The product was supposed to be delivered on 7th June, which is very delayed compared to Amazon and Flipkart. On 7th evening got a msg stating that product is out for delivery. But there was no attempt from anyone. Tried calling on delivery boys number. But call was not getting connected. Then I called PayTM customer care on 8th and they assured product delivery within 24 hours. And evening around 7.15 there was another msg that product is attempted to delivery. But it did not happen. On third attempt I called customer care on 9th June and they were trying to blame at me stating customer was not available while delivering the product. They said product will be delivered within 48 hours once out of delivery. And this is the fourth day, product has not been delivered. Some notes here;

  1. I have given my office address, how a responsible company can try attempting delivery after 7.00 PM!?

  2. Tried calling Delivery boys contact number many times, every time it was getting disconnected. There was no attempt from there end.

  3. Very funny is that, customer care guys said that, product reached my place and I didn’t receive it. I work for a huge institution and no delivery guys tried calling me while product reached to delivery (As they say I have not received) how will I get to know that the product has come to me unless they didn’t every tried calling over phone?

  4. Even after number of complaints, there was very negative response from PayTM.

I would recommend not to opt PayTM for online purchases. These guys irritate you.
