I had placed a prepaid order 6120269011 on 26 Sept 2018.The item ordered has not yet been shipped by the seller and the status shown on your website is still "Dispatch due on 27 Sept 2018". Please see the attached image. It has been more than 7 days and you did provide me the refund after the due date of dispatch has passed. I got a very surprising reply from the 24x7 help team(Brij - paytm mall care team member) that because the reverse pickup has not been done so I need to wait until the item arrives back to the seller. Very strange that your customer support team member Brij, instead of understanding the issue is giving a very silly excuse. How can reverse pickup be done for an item that has not started its journey from the seller.Please consider this issue as urgent and refund back my amount.
