Payu is basically an online payment portal and it also offers merchant transactions. However, their promises are as lame as their services. They provide broken information on their website and on the customer service as well. Their service lacks far behind the other portals available.
They have a very poor transaction facility. One of my transaction has been pending for almost 5 days now. Also, they take a whole lot of time in acknowledging your application. Once the bank account is verified the acknowledgement process becomes even more long lasting. They get back to your mails and queries after a very long time which is really frustrating. Even small transactions take very long time to process. It took almost 6 hours in two of my transactions. And their customer service couldn’t have been worse, the supporters are not at all friendly, and sometimes it felt as if they are not completely transparent about the solutions. It is just in its budding stage and I hope they will do great job ahead but at present they need to improve upon a lot of aspects.
