The payments done through this site are processed a little slow.
We have a many number of other payment sites which process payments with just one click, in this competetive field the payments need to be faster but they are slow where you really don’t know whether the payment will be successful or not.
Till then we need to wait for the confirmation and if it is successful then it is okay, but if the transaction fails we need to wait for the refund and repeat the transaction which is a waste of time.
Though they provide 1% extra discount on each payment, the payment needs to be faster.
For some payments it is okay to wait but some would be more important and couldn’t be late for payment.
But I need to say that the customer care service is really awesome. They take our complaint very seriously and resolve it very quickly.
The response from them really impressive.
