I have a Payza.com account from a long time for transferring money to Neteller.com and to purchase some other website services providers. I really had a nightmare kind of experience with Payza.
This website is very slow in terms of activating our accounts, and I could see my transactions taking a lot more time then other payment processors. I had some money added to Payza to pay for my orders which were pending.
But the Payza authorities could not let me verify my account easily. I submitted my driving license and voter id, but still could not verify my account to complete the transactions. The website has very less information available on the interface and its not much user friendly.
The website is also very slow in server speed. Recently the website has stopped working and I can’t receive and send money via it.
Their conversion fees for transferring money is also very high. I had to ask the customer care by emailing them a lot of times to process my transactions fast. They replied that my account needs to be re verified. But I ask why they want to reconfirm when it was already done on my part. On this the customer care doesn’t reply to my queries.
This website has provided disgusting services to Indians until now. I won’t recommend Payza. Instead you can try Skrill.
