I tried using Payzapp app by HDFC and I a’m really disappointed. The app has many features to complete payments but all of them are useless. This app provides a virtual debit card after we add money but I was unable to add money three times by using debit card because all the transaction failed.
Also I tried to use scan n pay option to make a payment but again I was unable to successfully use debit card to pay the required amount.
This app is completely useless and since we can’t even add money to the wallet, I don’t thing that we will be able to see how it benefits it’s users through it’s various cashback offers. One should really avoid this app.
