Just another wallet app, this time from HDFC Bank.
They had an offer running, for new users, a promotion that you get 50 cashback for mobile/dth recharges.
SO I did a recharge for my mobile number, paid using SBI debit card.
The money got deducted from my card and the recharge was not successful.
I assumed like all sites, monet will be reverted automatically within 3-4 days. But little did I know a big company like HDFC will harass me so much.
They dont respond to emails, so I called them, first they told me to wait for 7 working days, then 21 working days.
Then they asked me to send my statement, and told me to contact my bank and that they cant do anything.
Contacted sbi and they said it has not been reversed.
This ordeal went on for about 45-50 days and then I received my refund.
Unfortunately I am not the only one facing problems with payzapp, one look at the reviews on the Google play store page of the app will tell you how bad it is.
JUST AVOID IT.
