We have paid over Rs. 1.5 Lakhs to Pensa Media to run our Facebook PPC and Google Adwords campaign trusting them being a Google Premier SME Partner. But the kind of services they provided was not even worth Rs.10.
- We never got reports properly and on time inspite of asking multiple times.
- Our Ads were always changed and messed up inspite of giving them Ads from our end.
- Campaign remained in pause mode multiple times because of some ’Technical Issue’ which affected us very badly.
- Never got a proper response for any query or issue raised by us.
- Only time they were quick was when our campaign ended (we were relieved) and they wanted us to pay more money to renew.
- Google Adwords panel was never shared because of some ’Technical Reasons’ again.
Will never renew the campaign and suggest others to look for some other alternatives. Worst experience ever.
