Worst service center

Penta tab is a very famous name in the low price tablet market because of their collaboration with bsnl, but the products are of the cheapest quality and the service of their service center is pathetic, the website of the company shows a lot of claim like affordable technology, quality product, international collaborations, presence in international market.


But all are of no use, the service center where  I submitted my tablet says a different story, the chat operation at pantel.in says a different story, I short it is the best example of a worst managed company, recently I was chatting to the service guy at pantel website when I posted my query he didn’t replied for 5 minutes.


And when I replied "are u there" and he replied a few second later that "yes I have checked it, we are still to receive your tablet at our facility" and you won’t believe while chatting before a week the guy told me that we have received the tab and it would take 96 working hours to repair it.


I am sure either they don’t check the status before replying or they don’t even have the status, the service guy didn’t replied for 5 minutes and when I said r u there he replied within few second my point is what the guy was waiting for if he had the status he should have replied it.


Guys take my advice don’t buy products and if you buy be sure to experience the idiotic service which the service guys would offer to you.


I have nothing against the product, you won’t get an iPad at a price of 4000 but the service people should be at least kind to the customer and not provide false information to the customer.
