One of the jeans brand that I luv is Pepe (the others being Levi’s and United Colors of Benetton). However, the shopping experience that I had recently at a Pepe Jeans Outlet at a mall in Mumbai makes me wonder whether I should continue to buy this brand anymore. While I was browsing thru the merchandise a sales guy constantly followed me throughout the store which was really unnerving. He treated me as if I didnt have the purchasing power and was going to walk off with a garment when no one was watching.
Another thing which put me off about the salesguy was his attitude. He was shabby, untidy and gave a dirty look to almost all shoppers. He was not helpful at all. Can I request the team at Pepe Jeans to be more selective while appointing sales person at their outlets? Also, I would like to ask whether any instructions have been give to tail the shoppers thru out the shop? Can’t we have a little space while shopping?
The sales guy would be welcome to assist us, not following us like a suspect.
