Order No. 304827377 I received a substandard quality alarm clock with not enough sound. Most probably a defective item that Pepperfry is trying to sell through their platform. I filed a return request within 2 hours of receiving the product. But pepperfry declined the return request. I feel Pepperfry.com is probably cheating its customers through sale of substandard overpriced items. It must be an alarm clock for micro organisms.
