Till date I had got 5 items from pepperfry.com. Here is my experience :
Got all products without any damage
Good discount were given
Tracking system is good but takes a day to reflect
Refund of cash is not given if product is not available, that’s quite bad.
7 days shipping some times I had to wait 10 days to get the item
Customer service still needs to improve
Discounts not applicable on COD. this might make customers go away!
Overall I say good site to shop and get items I you have patience to wait for the delivery.
