I ordered for a product on Jan 4, 2012 I have waited 15 days for the product. In the mean time their representative Shweta informed me the product will be shipped by 9th. On Jan 11, Prateek (another representative) confirmed me that the product is shipped & I will get the shipping details. I have all these saved chat history with me. At last I can see the product is canceled due to unavailability on Jan 18. It’s really a bad experience for me regarding the site.
I will never shop from this site & will also strongly advise my friends to avoid this site.
